Ten Contestants, Twelve Weeks...
Welcome to the biggest weight-loss and body transformation challenge that the Illawarra has even seen!

We've put together a group of 10 people from the Illawarra, and we'll be putting them through the 12 week PT Method Body Transformation Challenge - that's 12 weeks of changing their eating habits plus 12 full weeks of personal fitness training.
